Life in the big city is a struggle for the mild-mannered, twentysomething title-character in this adult animated comedy. The two short segments each episode usually result in double trouble for tough-luck Tim, whose parade of embarrassing situations includes explaining to his girlfriend Amy why there's a prostitute in his apartment or having to take the daughter of his boss to a senior prom in order to climb the ladder at OmniCorp. Co-workers Rodney and Stu provide little support, as Tim finds out when attending a bachelor party or tagging along on a date, while encounters with an elderly man, nursing mother and a subway mugger lead to exasperating---but hilarious---conclusions.
